Refund policy

ORAE LIFESTYLE AND WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a 14-day exchange policy. Under this policy:

1. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and labels, and in its original packaging.

2. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase of the item.

3. All requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Exchange will be considered for approval & processing only if the reason selected while making the exchange request is either of the following:

  • Received the wrong item
  • Manufacturing damage or defect

5. Please note that we will not be able to process your request if the tags, labels and packaging are not sent with the product.

We care deeply about the carbon footprint of our activities and request you to be considerate of the environment while making or returning online purchases. If you are absolutely sure and want to initiate a return request, please click here or go to your accounts section and click on the order you want to return.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team at hello@orae.in or at +91-9958892597. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 14 days of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

In case of any Exchanges approved by ORAE LIFESTYLE AND WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 25-30 business days for the new item to be processed and shipped to the end customer.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges/ returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically shipped a new item in exchange as per your original order placed on the website. In case you want to make any modifications to the exchange item variant, please contact us via email from your email ID mentioned while placing your order to make any requests.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange and you have not received information about your shipped exchange item, please contact us at hello@orae.in.

Please note that exchanges for COD orders will be coordinated via email at the mail address provided at the time of purchase.
